Ask yourself, “Who Am I?”

Set a timer for 2 minutes and list what comes to mind, without overthinking it. You could also do the 5 minute meditation provided and then ask yourself, “Who Am I?” Repeat the meditation and question daily as a practice to discover the power of you.
