How to use this Grief & Loss Healing Course
Healing is a transformational journey of introspection. For over 20 years, I have collected and curated materials to deal with pain and loss in my own life and while researching my book, “What is Death?”. If you are dealing with grief and loss, you may be searching for tools and comfort too. I am honored to be on this journey with you in spirit – Lexie Potamkin
I recommend you go through each of the 4 parts in order, to guide you on your journey. Each section includes article excerpts, suggested readings and inspiration to assist you in finding healing. Read each article, and if the content provides an “aha moment”, stop and reflect, call a friend or discuss with a family member. Go at your own pace. Some materials may speak to you more than others, and that is ok

What is death? Your answer might just teach you how to live. After I finished writing What is Love? a tiny voice said to me, “Write What is Death?” Love and death are so intertwined and each teaches us about life. A dear friend once said, “The three most important days of our lives are the day we are born, the day we figure out why we were born and the day we die.” Our divine purposes are as varied as human beings are unique.
